Well, Santa must have been really proud of the kids' behavior this year because it seems they really hit the jackpot. Daddy and I both thought Santa might have accidentally gone a little overboard...
Big Boy got his robot he wanted, a spaceship, a firestation, Evil Dr. Porkchop, Buzz and robot pjs, playdough, Leapster games, board games, and stocking stuff.
Sissy got a hula hoop, jewelry box, Moxie girl, Rapunzel and kitty pjs, a Tag reader and lots of books, a Strawberry Shortcake car, board games, a Rapunzel dress, a new Polly Pocket castle, stocking stuff, and a music player w/microphone.
Sissy was very entertaining with this toy all weekend. Her playlist is quite diverse (Santa uploaded her favorites)- she has lots of her fave Taylor Swift but it also includes the Jackson 5, Sound of Music soundtrack songs, Pink, Usher, Gaga, and Miley Cyrus, and Disney princesses! She loves it and loves belting out all sorts of songs.
After a Christmas brunch and enjoying Santa toys we headed to Gpa and Gma McLain's for the rest of the day!
And they were spoiled rotten with even more presents! They both got sleeping bags for camping out and lots of new books. Sissy got a Barbie rock star guitar (which she is rocking out to Girls Just Wanna Have Fun as I type this), pjs, a Leapster game, Polly Pockets, a tutu, and more. Tate got a scooter that he is very excited about, a Toy Story game, pjs, a Joker Funhouse, a flashlight, and more. The ones who love them were very generous this year!
We played some ball with Grandma...
And cars with cousins...
Held baby cousin H...
And made an attempt for a cousin picture. This was about all we could come up with but we are looking forward to some good ones of them together in November when we will be at Disney World- cousins, moms and dads, and grandma and grandpa!
The next day we had Christmas part 2 at my mom's with my extended family.
My brother bought Big Boy the navy outfit he is wearing- wow, way to go twenty-something brother, it fits and it's cute! Oh wait, you only bought it because it looks like a "pimp suit"? Fantastic. T also receieved a 'That's what she said' t-shirt from said brother.
Presenting Great Gma with her gift...
What a wonderful Christmas! We saw lots of people, we opened lots of presents, and were spoiled rotten by our family. We had fun celebrating.
(Above is definitely the strangest picture I took and I think it's funny so I have to share. Sissy is actually entirely IN that bag. Uncle B was carrying her around- in person, he does have a head, though)

Christmas Eve
On Christmas Eve we went to to an early church service, mainly geared towards the kids but we love it as well. They have a live manger scene with real animals and some classic carols. The kids really enjoyed it!
We headed to Red Lobster with my mom, my sister and her husband, and brother and had a delicious dinner than back to my mom's for presents!
Big Boy got a new robe he felt cool in!
Along with a ton of other things: a big firetruck, trash truck, Leapster case and charger, firemen, toy dog, and more!!
Sissy got a new robe as well and also a Lalaloopsy, scarf, Leapster case, My Little Pony car, and more!!
(Sissy the next morning, utilizing her gift!)
And she also got a wedding dress. She has been obsessed with weddings and brides for some time now, and her dream came true when she became an actual bride with a bouquet and everything!
She looks so cute in it! She had a great time floating around in it! My mom also got her a lilac bridesmaid dress so that when she has friends over they can play wedding together.
The closest we will ever get to having a dog- the kids' new loves Coconut and Reggie.
Then we went home to sprinkle some reindeer food...
And leave Santa some sweet treats...
And off to bed!

School Christmas
Big Boy and Sissy had their Christmas parties at school last week on their last day and we thoroughly enjoyed them. Although, it was slightly hectic because they were at the same time so I was running up and down the halls constantly so I wouldn't miss anything! Both kids sang songs, played games, gave their parents a beautiful ornament, and had a great lunch.
Big Boy's class started with 'Away in a Manger'. It did not go so hot. The kids seemed to be frozen by the audience.
Next song- 'Jingle Bells'- and the ice was broken.
Meanwhile Sissy's class was playing games.
Then they began their songs. They did a wonderful job and were very into it!
They performed 'No Room at the Inn' (which I had never heard before) and had some awesome actions to accompany the words.
Back to Big Boy's class- opened presents from the teacher...
Presented Mommy with an ornament (which I LOVED)...
Prayed...
And ate. We brought Jello christmas trees and candy canes!
Sissy's class had a feast as well...
And some fun with friends...
With Grandma...
WE ARE COUNTING DOWN THE DAYS!!!!!!
